Production Manager

We are looking for a production manager who will organize the production and installation processes of saunas, ensure the execution of the production plan, product quality and effective team work.

Planning and organizing production work.
Coordination and control of employee work.
Ensuring production quality, deadlines and efficiency.
Organizing sauna installation work at facilities.
Controlling material residues and ensuring supply.
Preparing labor and material estimates and cost analysis.
Participation in introducing new products into production.

Experience in supervised work in production.
Ability to organize a team and make decisions.
Skills in reading technical drawings.
Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
Category B driver's license.

Stable work in a manufacturing company.
