PODBASE is a fast-growing print-on-demand platform that allows e-commerce brands, creators and businesses to sell branded tech accessories without the need to manage inventory or production themselves.
Our technology connects online stores with manufacturing and fulfillment operations, automating the entire process: from order to delivery. We take care of the product lines of hundreds of online stores around the world - our partners include F1 champions, famous artists, fast-growing brands, opinion leaders and corporate clients.
This year we have moved to full production autonomy, so we are looking for a manager who will ensure the smooth functioning of production and maintain high operational efficiency.

What will need to be done
- Process adoption, standardization and implementation of Lean principles
- Effective production development
- Production planning and operations control
- Team development and formation
- Quality and deadline assurance
- Production cost (OPEX) control
What are we looking for
- 3+ years of production management experience
- 20+ people team management experience
- LEAN methods application experience
- Experience with ERP/MES or other production systems
- High level of responsibility and result orientation
SALARY: 3000 - 5000+ EUR/month before taxes, depending on experience and competencies
