Production Manager

Our client is a long-standing and constantly growing manufacturing company operating in the food industry and trading internationally. The company is renowned for its high-quality products, modern technological solutions and a responsible approach to employees and customers.

The company is currently strengthening its management team and is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join.

• Production process coordination – managing a team of 100–120 employees working on a

shift schedule (4 shifts)

• Process optimization – continuous analysis of production activities, increasing efficiency and implementing modern

solutions

• New product development – in cooperation with technologists, coordinate the introduction of new products into production and the application of technological solutions
• Quality control – ensuring that products meet high quality and safety standards
• Implementation of production plans – rational use of resources and adherence to deadlines

• Dynamic and responsible work in a friendly, growth-oriented team
• Support from experienced and professional colleagues

• Salary from 4200 to 5300 EUR (before taxes), depending on experience and results (the specific

amount is negotiated individually)

• At least 7 years of experience in the field of production (production manager, quality manager,

technologist, shift foreman or similar positions)

• Work experience in the food industry is a prerequisite
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Solid leadership experience - ability to organize, motivate and inspire a team
• Analytical thinking, orientation towards optimization and improvement, not just maintaining the current state
• Ability to quickly react to situations and make responsible decisions
