About the position:

We are currently looking for a Production Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate production processes;
- Plan employee shifts and production resources;
- Ensure effective execution of the production plan;
- Analyze production indicators, identify problems and initiate solutions;
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and performance standards;
- Participate in process improvement and efficiency projects;
- Cooperate with other company departments to achieve common operational goals.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in engineering, manufacturing, technology, industrial management or a related field;
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment;
- You have at least 1 year of team coordination or leadership experience;
- You are familiar with the principles of organizing, planning and ensuring efficiency of production processes;
- You are able to analyze performance indicators and make data-based decisions;
- You have good computer skills (MS Office);
- You speak English at least at level B2.
Advantages:

- Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, KPI methodologies;
- Experience in using ERP or production planning systems
