Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate daily production activities (~40 employees).
- Plan production according to customer orders and ensure their timely fulfillment.
- Be responsible for production efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of production results.
- Analyze production processes, identify problems and implement solutions that increase productivity.
- Initiate and implement projects to optimize and improve production processes.
- Ensure high standards of quality, food safety and employee safety.
- Lead the production team, develop employees and strengthen their competencies.
- Solve daily production challenges and ensure smooth operation of the factory.
- Provide proposals for automation and improvement of production processes.
Employee requirements
- Experience in management in a manufacturing company.
- Experience in planning and organizing production processes.
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze data, make decisions and achieve results.
- Leadership, team management and employee motivation skills.
- Good computer skills
- Knowledge of English or Russian is an advantage.
