We are a strong, mature and profitable manufacturing company operating in the market for many years. Currently, our team consists of about 20 professionals in their field. We are looking for an experienced strategist and team leader who not only has excellent knowledge of the technical processes of equipment and machine tools, but is also able to earn authority by personal example. It is important for us that the future manager is able to see the overall picture of production, but if necessary, boldly go into the production vortex and contribute to real technical solutions. Nature of work
- Full planning, organization and efficiency of production processes;
- Team (about 20 employees) development, motivation and daily coordination of work;
- Supervision of the technical part of production – knowledge and control of the operating principles of production machines and equipment;
- If necessary - direct communication with customers, coordinating the nuances of production of their orders and technical requirements;
- Monitoring production indicators, defect prevention and process optimization;
- Active involvement in daily production challenges – leadership by setting a personal example in the production environment;
- Cooperation with other company departments, team members (shift managers, mechanic, sales colleagues) to achieve common company goals.
Employee requirements
- Successful management experience in the manufacturing sector;
- Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire a team and resolve conflict situations;
- Very good technical understanding, knowledge of the principles of operation of machine tools and production equipment;
- Practical approach to work - ability not only to lead from the office, but also to actively engage in production processes when necessary;
- Strategic thinking, quick orientation and result orientation.
