We are a Lithuanian manufacturing company operating for more than 20 years, designing and manufacturing garage, industrial, fire and other special-purpose doors.

We are currently looking for someone who wants not only to organize production work, but also to grow production results with us.

Our production team is not large - it consists of 10-11 people. Therefore, we are looking for a manager who would care not only about what is happening today, but also about how to work better, more efficiently and with higher quality tomorrow.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring that the production team works as one team and that quality products reach customers on time.

ensure smooth daily production work;
achieve production goals, productivity and quality indicators;
you will plan work and help the team achieve the best result;
you will notice opportunities to work more efficiently and initiate their implementation;
you will create a clear culture of responsibilities, order and cooperation;
you will ensure that there are clear processes in production, and the movement of materials, components and products is orderly and smoothly;
you will cooperate with the design, procurement, warehouse, installation and service teams.
