AB "Fasa", which manufactures technological lines and equipment for the dairy industry, invites a production manager to join its team. Job location in MARIJAMPOLA!
- Organization, management and control of the work of production departments;
- Production planning, ensuring the implementation of plans and task formation;
- Analysis of production capacities and their effective management;
- Organization of team work, motivation, training of employees, delegation of tasks and control over their implementation;
- Ensuring compliance with production quality standards;
- Analysis of production results and provision of proposals related to the improvement of production processes;
- Planning and optimization of equipment work;
- Ensuring the efficient use of materials and other production resources;
- Analysis of the activities of the production department and reporting to the company's manager;
- Calculation and analysis of the cost of manufactured products.
Employee requirements
- Excellent team management, motivation, task delegation and control skills;
- Work experience in metalworking or metal production is required;
- Work experience as a production manager in a manufacturing company would be a great advantage;
- Higher technological or engineering education would be an advantage;
- Ability to analyze data and result orientation;
- Ability to read technical drawings and have technical knowledge;
- Ability to respond promptly to emerging problems and independently seek solutions;
- Strategic thinking;
- Leadership skills, initiative, ability to initiate changes and bring a team together for a common goal.
