Requirements
- Similar work experience (production manager or shift manager);
- Knowledge of production processes, ability to optimize and control production processes;
- Excellent planning, organization and leadership skills;
- Responsibility, initiative, result-oriented;
- Knowledge of LEAN, ISO or other production management methodologies is an advantage.
- Car to arrive/return from work
