UAB "Involutus" is a food supplement manufacturing and packaging company in Veiveriai. Working with different brands, we provide powder mixing, encapsulation, tablet, powder and other bulk product packaging services. Automatic and semi-automatic equipment is used in production, we work according to the HACCP system and GMP standards, and the production is periodically tested in the laboratory. What will you do?
Your day will start with the production plan: which orders are the most important, whether there will be enough raw materials and how to distribute the work among 8 subordinate employees. You will ensure that the production of dietary supplements is carried out on time and in accordance with HACCP and GMP requirements, you will manage production documentation, monitor the condition of equipment and safety compliance.
As a team leader, you will set clear goals for the team, train new employees and maintain employee motivation. By monitoring the execution of processes and numbers, you will look for where you can work more efficiently and reduce losses, standardize processes and initiate changes, in cooperation with the supply, sales and quality assurance departments.

What will help you succeed here?
- Experience in planning and organizing production processes in the production of food or dietary supplements.
- At least 3 years of experience in successfully leading a production team. You will know how to bring people together and motivate team members and maintain momentum.
- Engineering, manufacturing or similar education.
- Responsibility and initiative. It is important for you to quickly and efficiently solve problems that arise in production, and when asking for help from other departments or management, you already have your own solution proposal.
- Analytical and strategic thinking. You are able to turn numbers and reports into solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Good computer skills.
- Category B driver's license.
