We are currently looking for a production manager to join our team, who would be able to ensure a smooth production process, mobilize the team for a common result and promptly solve daily production challenges.

Nature of work
Organization of production processes, work planning and execution supervision;
Coordination of team work, distribution of tasks and assistance to employees in achieving common goals;
Ensuring smooth cooperation with other departments of the company;
Monitoring of material and product residues, demand planning and rational use of resources;
Assessment of non-standard situations and search for practical, effective solutions;
Improvement of production processes, taking into account real production needs;
Reporting to management and achieving set indicators.

Employee requirements
Similar work experience as a production manager, coordinator, shift manager, etc. in the position;
Ability to plan work, set priorities and make decisions;
Practical approach – the ability to see not only plans and reports, but also the real situation in production;
Ability to communicate with a team, mobilize people and take responsibility for the result;
Knowledge of English, necessary for participating in training and communicating on professional issues;
Initiative, independence and desire to find better solutions.
Ability to plan work, set priorities and make decisions;
Practical approach – the ability to see not only plans and reports, but also the real situation in production;
Ability to communicate with a team, mobilize people and take responsibility for the result;
