PRODUCTION MANUAL

We are looking for a production manager for ŽŪK "Pienas LT", who is able to strategically and effectively manage production processes, ensure smooth implementation of production plans, high production quality and continuous improvement of operational efficiency.

In this position, you will be responsible for the activities of the production unit, team management, improvement of technological processes and achievement of set operational and financial goals.

• Organization and management of the activities of the production unit, ensuring the implementation of production plans, deadlines and set goals.
• Effective use of production capacities, raw materials, equipment and other resources.
• Monitoring and analyzing production productivity, efficiency, yields, costs and other performance indicators, initiating improvement decisions.
• Ensuring compliance with technological processes, product quality and food safety requirements.
• Managing the production team: planning employee activities, developing competencies, motivating and ensuring smooth cooperation.
• Initiating and implementing initiatives for optimization, automation and continuous improvement of production processes.
• Organizing the introduction of new products into production, ensuring the smooth launch of new equipment and their optimal use.
• Participating in evaluating technological investments, proposals from equipment and service suppliers, and controlling repair and maintenance work.
• Forming and controlling the budget of the production unit, achieving the established production and financial results.

• You have a higher technical or production education.
• You have at least 3 years of managerial experience in the field of production.
• You are familiar with production process management, planning, cost optimization and performance indicator analysis and have practical experience in these areas.
• You are able to effectively plan work, manage a team, delegate tasks and motivate employees.
• You are distinguished by analytical thinking, leadership, responsibility and result orientation.
• You are able to independently make decisions, solve problems and initiate process improvement.
• You are familiar with the legal, quality, food safety and employee safety requirements applicable to production processes.
