Ronelda produces paper cups for customers all over Europe. In a few years we have grown from 4 to 11 million euros in turnover and continue to grow. The production employs more than 100 people in the forming, painting and cutting bars.
We are looking for a production manager who would manage production through indicators, strengthen the shift management team, systematically reduce production losses and lead production to the next stage of growth.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
- You will manage the entire production through shift managers, cutting and painting bar manager, technicians, warehouse and production planning.
- You will manage production according to indicators: machine tool efficiency (OEE), labor costs per 1,000 units, defect rate, on-time plan execution, downtime, energy and material costs.
- You will be responsible for the production budget and direct production costs.
- You will constantly analyze production losses, initiate and implement solutions to reduce them, standardize best practices.
- You will train shift managers and other middle managers, strengthen their responsibility for the result.
- You will create a planned equipment maintenance system and coordinate external services.
- You will ensure compliance with occupational safety and quality requirements for products intended for contact with food.
- You will ensure accurate production data and base your decisions on it.
- You will cooperate with sales, supply and planning teams, participate in customer visits and audits.
- You will participate in planning the expansion of production capacities and equipment investments.
- You will report to the director on the results every month.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience in managing production with 100 or more employees. No specific industry is required.
- Experience in managing production KPIs and budgets.
- Practical experience in applying LEAN or other efficiency methods.
- Technical understanding of production equipment. Technical or engineering education would be an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to develop leaders.
- Orientation towards change, not just supporting existing processes.
- Good knowledge of English.
