About the position
Production volumes are growing, so we are creating a new position of Production Manager. Production operates on a single shift.
We are looking for someone who has already managed production and implemented lean or 5S. The main area of work is production efficiency. You will improve existing lines, reduce downtime and look for equipment and tools that make work easier and speed up production.
We are transferring about 90% of production management to you, including decision-making.

Nature of work
- Improve existing production lines: identify causes of downtime and bottlenecks, propose changes and implement them with the team.
- Look for equipment and tools that make work easier and speed up production. Evaluate cost, benefits and payback time.
- Develop lean and 5S: workplace order, work standards and compliance with them.
- Manage the production team: plan work, assign people, solve emerging problems.
- Track indicators (OEE, productivity, defects, downtime) and determine what to improve based on them.
- Plan production according to orders and cooperate with the warehouse.
We look forward to hearing from you
- Experience in implementing Lean and 5S in production. You have examples: what you changed, how much downtime or defects were reduced and how you measured it.
- At least 5 years of experience in production management.
- You read production indicators and base decisions on numbers.
- You evaluate new equipment based on cost and benefit.
- You clearly distribute work, resolve conflicts and recognize good work.
