Nature of work
Organize and effectively manage the activities of the component production unit;
Ensure the implementation of production plans (achievement of deadlines, quality and productivity indicators);
Organize and coordinate team work, develop managers and employees;
Analyze and consistently improve production processes using LEAN principles;
Ensure compliance with occupational safety, quality and work organization standards;
Effectively allocate human and technical resources;
Ensure the effective work of the component production unit, achieving established performance indicators (KPI);
Cooperate closely with engineering, quality, supply chain and other departments;
Prepare and analyze performance reports, initiate improvement solutions.

Employee requirements:
At least 3-5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing;
Experience in component or similar type of manufacturing is an advantage;
Knowledge of LEAN, process optimization or production planning principles;
Ability to work with KPIs, analyze data and make decisions;
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
