RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and coordinate the work of the meat products workshop;
- Ensure the implementation of production plans and compliance with deadlines;
- Ensure the implementation of set production goals and control of results;
- Control the quality of production and compliance with hygiene requirements;
- Lead the team (work organization, motivation, training);
- Optimize production processes and costs;
- Ensure compliance with safety and food safety requirements;
- Cooperate with supply, quality and sales departments.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- You have experience in the position of food or meat product production manager;
- You are familiar with production planning, cost optimization, and order management for production;
- You are result-oriented, make decisions effectively, and are able to solve problems promptly;
- You have good team management, motivation, task delegation, and control skills;
- You are familiar with food safety and hygiene requirements.
Working hours: 08.00-17.00, Monday - Friday.
Place of work: Dovainonių village (near Rumšiškės). Reimbursement of travel expenses to work (by agreement);
