Primary responsibilities
- Organize and control the entire production process - from metal cutting to final product preparation;
- Coordinate turning, milling, grinding, cutting and laser marking operations;
- Plan production tasks, distribute work to employees and ensure deadlines are met;
- Manage a team of 15 people;
- Ensure product quality, accuracy and efficient use of equipment;
- Resolve daily production organizational and technical issues.
What do we expect from you
- Experience in metalworking or manufacturing;
- Ability to read technical drawings.
We offer
- Working hours Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, one shift;
- Travel expenses reimbursement;
- Small team of 15 employees.
