Ingredior is a company operating in the international food raw materials market, combining experience in cocoa product supply, processing technologies and production equipment. Now we are entering a new stage: in Vilnius district, Vaidotai km. (25min to Vilnius center) we are preparing to launch production at the acquired factory.

We are looking for a practical and result-oriented production manager who will oversee the launch of the factory from the end of construction to the full operation of production processes. This is a unique opportunity to create production from scratch!

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

  • You will manage the installation and technical commissioning of equipment (cleaning, roasting, grinding lines), work with technical specialists and suppliers
  • You will organize the selection of employees and lead the production team
  • You will ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and occupational safety standards in all production areas
  • You will analyze and optimize production efficiency, yields and productivity
  • You will participate in the planning and installation of transport systems (elevators, conveyors)
  • You will be directly responsible for daily production processes and team coordination on site

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in food industry production (mandatory)
  • Technical understanding of production equipment, installation and commissioning processes (pumps, transport systems, production lines)
  • Practical, economical approach - ability to delve into processes and take action
  • Leadership skills and ability to assemble and motivate a team to achieve results
  • Clear orientation towards results: increasing productivity, improving processes, measuring efficiency
  • Category B driver's license (factory outside Vilnius)

THE COMPANY OFFERS:

  • Salary 4900 – 5800 EUR gross (salary will depend on experience)
