Your responsibilities:
Organization of kitchen activities
- Organize and coordinate daily kitchen activities.
- Ensure the efficiency, quality and timely execution of food production processes.
- Control the quality, yield and compliance of the produced products with recipes.
- Create, implement and improve kitchen activity processes, standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and Good Hygiene Practice requirements.
- Organize product orders, control raw material residues and analyze supply processes.
- Perform inventories, ensure proper accounting and documentation management.
- Create and improve dishes, prepare technological cards.
- Control the maintenance and proper operation of kitchen equipment.
Team management
- Organize and coordinate the work of kitchen employees.
- Plan the need for employees and participate in selections.
- Organize the adaptation and training of new employees.
- Motivate the team, provide feedback and create a positive working atmosphere.
- Create work schedules, plan holidays and ensure working time accounting.
- Ensure the safety, health and professional development of employees.
Employee requirements
We expect you to:
- Have work experience in food production, kitchen or restaurant operations management.
- Able to organize work and lead a team.
- Have excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene and quality requirements.
- Have analytical thinking and are able to make decisions.
- Are responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
