Main responsibilities:
- Manage all production activities and ensure smooth operation of processes
- Ensure production efficiency, optimize costs and reduce losses
- Analyze and manage key performance indicators (productivity, cost, quality)
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and quality standards
- Form, develop and strengthen the production team
- Collaborate with supply, logistics and other business units
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Ensure production readiness for growing volumes and business development
Requirements for the candidate:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in food production management
- Experience in managing teams and organizing their work
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Process thinking and result orientation
- Responsibility, initiative and the ability to take leadership.
