You will be responsible for:
- Organization, management and control of the work of production departments;
- Production planning, ensuring the implementation of plans and task formation;
- Analysis of production results, identification of efficiency improvement opportunities and initiation of performance improvement solutions;
- Management of production risks, prompt resolution of emerging problems and ensuring compliance with project deadlines;
- Cooperation with project managers, technical department, clients and other company departments;
- Ensuring a high work safety culture and the ability to be an example to the team.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 5 years of experience in production management;
- Higher education (preferably in the field of electrical engineering and automation);
- Strong team building skills;
- Experience in the field of purchasing/supplying electrical products;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills;
- Good command of English and Russian would be an advantage.
