Nature of work
- Production process planning and coordination and implementation of plans;
- You will track and analyze production indicators, propose and implement solutions to improve quality and efficiency;
- You will form and develop a team: you will assess the need for employees, participate in selection and introduction processes and evaluate internal career opportunities;
- Supervision of the team of masters and employees of the production department;
- Drawing up the work schedules of the employees;
- You will work closely with other departments and colleagues.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (advantage - food technology, food safety, etc.);
- Similar work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Excellent leadership, planning and problem solving skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (English is an advantage);
- Work with MS Office programs (Rivile is an advantage);
- Diligence, initiative and responsibility at work;
