Nature of work:
- Organize and coordinate daily production activities.
- Plan the work flow and ensure compliance with production deadlines.
- Lead the production team, motivate and develop employees.
- Ensure product quality and efficient use of resources.
- Cooperate with other departments of the company to ensure a smooth work process.
- Analyze production indicators and provide suggestions for improving performance.
