We are looking for an experienced Production Manager who would be motivated to implement changes, increase productivity and create a modern production system in a company that invests in growth.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- Coordinate all production activities, ensuring a smooth flow of operations
- Manage and organize a team of over 50 employees working in shifts
- Plan and implement annual production plans, budgets and their control
- Initiate and implement process optimization solutions, increase productivity and production efficiency
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and improvement at all stages of production
- Prepare and submit reports on production efficiency, profitability and other key indicators to management
- Develop and implement the division's strategy, initiate modernization and innovation projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of experience in the position of Production Manager
- Experience in the production of building materials will be considered a great advantage
- Ability to organize, coordinate and integrate several production departments into a unified system
- Analytical, strategic thinking and orientation towards process improvement and innovation, not just supporting existing operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to motivate a team and ensure results
- Willingness and ability to work in a dynamic environment, initiate changes
