We are a growing manufacturing company focused on creating quality products and efficient production processes. We are looking for a persistent, responsible and proactive production manager who would contribute to the growth of the company and the improvement of production activities.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparation of production plans, coordination and control of their implementation;
- Smooth organization of the work of the production unit - assignment of tasks, coordination of activities and supervision of technological processes;
- Adjustment, start-up, maintenance of equipment;
- Supervision of production component residues;
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, hygiene and fire safety requirements;
- Maintaining effective communication with the manager and team;
- Monitoring and analysis of performance results according to key performance indicators (KPI);
- Filling in and administering documentation related to duties;
We hope you:
- You have an engineering education (advantage);
- You have work experience in the field of production or warehousing (advantage);
- You have accumulated managerial work experience in a production environment (advantage);
- You are able to effectively organize and coordinate work, make decisions and are result-oriented;
- You have good planning, organizational and analytical skills;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You are able to operate a forklift (advantage);
- You are flexible, responsible and able to work in a team.
