Production Manager

UAB "EDJUSTA" is a Lithuanian manufacturing company operating since 2009, developing and manufacturing high-quality saunas, outdoor hot tubs, hot tubs, wooden summer houses, grill houses and other leisure and leisure products.

The majority of our production is exported to European markets. We have more than 15 years of production experience, a strong team, a wide range of products and a production base of more than 3,000 m² in Senoja Varėna.

Today we are at a stage where we want not only to increase production volumes, but also to raise the entire production organization to a higher level.

Therefore, we are not looking for someone who would simply supervise daily production. We are looking for a Production Manager who would like to create and improve it together with us and see a very concrete result of their work.

We will entrust you with one of the most important areas of EDJUSTA's activity - production.

Main responsibilities:

Plan, organize and control daily production activities according to approved orders and production plans;
Lead the production team, clearly distribute responsibilities and tasks;
Ensure the fulfillment of orders within the agreed deadlines and the required product quality;
Analyze production results, productivity, capacities and resource utilization;
Identify weak points in production processes and initiate specific solutions for them;
Increase production efficiency, reduce losses and unnecessary costs;
Initiate and implement solutions for the optimization, automation and modernization of production processes;
Together with the company's management, form the direction of production development and participate in making strategic decisions related to production;
Ensure compliance with occupational safety, technological discipline and standards established in the company.

The most important thing for us is not the number of diplomas, but the ability to manage people, processes and achieve results.

We expect:

At least 2 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing company;
Practical understanding of production planning and organization;
Ability to lead a team, demand results and rally people together for a common goal;
Analytical thinking and the ability to turn problems into concrete solutions;
Initiative - we want someone who not only notices what is not working, but also suggests how to do it better;
Higher or higher / college education;
Good computer skills;
Driver's license (category B).

We will consider the following as a great advantage:

Experience in wood, furniture, modular buildings or other similar production;
Knowledge of wood processing and technological processes;
Experience in implementing production management, optimization or LEAN principles;
Knowledge of AutoCAD or other technical design programs;
Knowledge of English.

This is not a position where we expect the Production Manager to simply follow instructions from above.

Salary - from € 4,133 gross per month, depending on the candidate's experience and competencies.
