Nature of work
- Analysis and optimization of production processes taking into account labor costs.
- Management of the assembly production of electronic optical devices.
- Organization of the production process, control of plan implementation.
- Ensuring a high level of product quality.
- Optimization of production capacity and cost reduction.
- Control of compliance with safety and production discipline.
- Participation in personnel selection.
- Communication with other departments of the company (logistics, procurement, RnD departments).
- Preparation of reports on production indicators.
Employee requirements
- Higher technical education (in engineering, electronics, automation, instrumentation engineering or related field).
- At least 3-5 years of similar work experience.
- Experience in managing a team of 50+ people.
- Experience in implementing automated production lines.
- Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Know and understand the principles of production organization in the field of device manufacturing.
- Know the principles and methods of work standardization, development and implementation of standards.
- Experience in working with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Be able to identify and eliminate production weaknesses.
- Know the basics of labor law and regulatory documents.
- Know the methods of designing work processes and production flows.
- Know the technological processes of assembly, testing (trials) and quality control of electronic optical devices.
- Ability to work with technical documentation and drawings.
- Know the principles of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and Six Sigma.
- Languages: Lithuanian, English, Russian.
- Skills in working with engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Altium Designer) would be an advantage.
- We expect strong leadership and team management skills, strategic thinking, result orientation, ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility.
The company offers
Salary from 4500 to 5500 EUR gross per month.
