Production Manager

Production planning (ordering raw materials, planning the appropriate number of semi-finished products and dishes to be produced);
Ensuring the smooth supply of raw materials for production;
Quality control of the work of the department's kitchen staff;
Inventory and analysis of results;
Ensuring food quality;
Working in the kitchen;
Problem analysis and solution;
Training new employees;
Cooperation with other departments and technologists.

You are mobile, can work in all restaurants in Vilnius;
You have experience as a production manager in the catering industry;
You are hardworking, proactive, results-oriented;
You are able to manage stressful situations.
Knowledge of GHPT knowledge;
Excellent communication skills;
Initiative and activity;
Ability to resolve conflict situations;
Experience working in the position of production manager.

You will work the best schedule (Mon-Fri, 07:00-16:00) weekends and holidays are free.
