The company, in order to implement ambitious goals, is looking for a member of the management team - Production Manager.
The company, in order to implement ambitious goals, is looking for a member of the management team - Production Manager.
What you will be responsible for:
- Effective planning, organization and control of the work of the production unit;
- Implementation of qualitative and quantitative production plans;
- Analysis and management of production capacities, resources;
- Management of team competencies, promotion of involvement;
- Increasing production productivity, improving processes;
- Participation in company projects, active provision of insights and solutions to the manager;
- Preparation of reports related to the activities of the unit.
What do we expect from you:
- Successful experience in management/production management in a manufacturing company;
- Higher education;
- Experience in process improvement, development, change implementation, LEAN;
- Strategic thinking, planning, organizational skills;
- Leadership, initiative;
- Good computer skills;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
