Nature of work
- participate in the development and implementation of the company's growth strategy
- organize, coordinate and control production processes;
- prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans according to sales forecasts and warehouse needs;
- ensure that production takes place according to deadlines, capacities, technological cards, recipes and quality standards;
- monitor and analyze key production indicators: OEE, productivity, defect rate, downtime and other KPIs;
- identify process inefficiencies and initiate improvement actions;
- lead the production team, organize shifts, employee training and qualification improvement;
- collaborate with quality, technical maintenance, logistics, procurement and other departments;
- manage production documentation, reports and work in the ERP system;
- implement LEAN, 5S, Kaizen and other principles of continuous improvement.
Employee requirements
- at least 3-5 years of experience in a management position in a production environment;
- good knowledge of production planning, organization and process control;
- experience in managing a team and ensuring clear responsibility and results;
- ability to analyze indicators and make data-based decisions;
- knowledge of LEAN, 5S or other operational efficiency methodologies;
- experience in working with ERP systems;
- strong leadership, organization and communication skills;
- responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
