We are currently looking for a Production Manager who would take a leading role and contribute to the further growth of the production department and process improvement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of the production department: activity planning, process coordination and control.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of orders on time, with high quality, efficiency and at optimal costs.
- Increasing production efficiency, applying LEAN tools and resource planning.
- Improving the motivation system and promoting team involvement.
- Ensuring compliance with production procedures, quality and safety requirements.
- Team development and organizing selections for new employees.
- Organizing equipment maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the position of production manager (food industry - an advantage).
- Higher technical/engineering education.
- Ability to effectively organize team work and ensure continuity of process activities.
- Good English skills (Russian - an advantage).
- Understanding of quality control, occupational safety requirements.
- Knowledge of LEAN principles and ability to apply them in practice.
- Responsibility, result orientation, ability to act independently.
