Continuing its ambitious growth, the company invites a Production Manager to join the team to work in Vilnius.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

  • Production planning, process management and optimization.
  • Long-term planning of production volumes and production staff activities.
  • Task allocation, planning and control.
  • Monitoring of material supply in cooperation with other company departments.
  • Communicating with the team and the company's customers to solve problems.
  • Contributing to the improvement of the structure and operational processes of the production department, initiating necessary changes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successful experience in leading a team in a manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge of the principles of production process management and optimization.
  • Knowledge of modern production management trends and practical application experience.
  • Well-developed team management competence and personal leadership.
  • Excellent English language skills.
