Tasks and responsibilities
After a detailed introduction to the company, manufactured products, processes and team, you will lead the production department: you will plan production volumes according to incoming orders, planned projects and warehouse, you will draw up work schedules, control production efficiency, constantly take care of process optimization, and provide reports and proposals to management. We produce PVC profiles, work takes place in three shifts, shift managers are under your supervision, we will train the work production management program. Expectations for your competence
We hope that you have successful experience as a production manager, are familiar with production processes, are able to organize teamwork, have English and/or German language skills and a valid driver's license.
