BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Planning and coordination of production work;
- Team formation and mobilization for effective work;
- Creating and maintaining a positive, collegial work atmosphere;
- Ensuring the equipment of employees' workplaces and provision with work tools;
- Management, analysis and improvement of production processes;
- Ensuring occupational safety;
- Planning of raw material orders and control of the raw material warehouse;
- Ensuring timely preventive maintenance of production equipment;
- Maintaining production documentation;
- Close cooperation with production quality and technology specialists;
- Reporting on work performance and results to the immediate supervisor.
WE HOPE YOU HAVE:
- Production planning and coordination competence, you are able to ensure a smooth production process and compliance with set deadlines;
- Team management experience – you are able to mobilize, motivate and effectively organize the work of employees;
- Knowledge of production processes and orientation towards their efficiency, optimization and continuous improvement;
- Problem-solving and decision-making competence, you are able to respond promptly to challenges arising in production and make effective decisions;
- Experience in planning raw materials and production resources, ensuring a continuous and smooth production process;
- Knowledge of occupational safety and quality requirements and the ability to ensure their compliance in the production process;
- Collaboration competence, you are able to work smoothly together with specialists in quality, technology and other fields;
- Result orientation and responsibility for production indicators, the ability to analyze them and initiate actions to improve them.
