An expanding catering chain with several different cuisines is looking for a Production Manager / Kitchen Chef.
We are looking for someone who not only feels good in the kitchen, but also creates food, sees the product more broadly and is not afraid of different cuisines. Our direction is simple, good and interesting street food and comfort food.

What will you do in your daily work:

  • You will create and improve menus for different food concepts.
  • You will create new dishes and technologies.
  • You will improve the quality of existing dishes and look for ways to make them even better.
  • You will create recipes and ensure their implementation.
  • You will supervise food quality and kitchen standards.
  • You will train and work with the kitchen team. You will supervise kitchens and staff.
  • You will analyze the cost of food and look for more efficient production or other solutions.
  • You will cooperate with suppliers and the team.
About 75% of the work is kitchen, creativity, team, testing and quality improvement.
About 25% is administrative and organizational issues.

What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a head chef, chef de cuisine, production manager or similar position.
  • A broad understanding of food – it is not necessary to be a specialist in one specific cuisine.
  • Creativity and a good sense of taste.
  • The ability to create a good dish that is not only delicious, but also realistically produced, quickly replicable and commercially meaningful.
  • A practical approach and a desire to be in the kitchen yourself, and not just lead from the side.
  • The ability to work with a team and transfer your knowledge.
