Production Manager / Head Chef

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Production Manager / Head Chef who would ensure smooth kitchen operation, the highest quality of dishes and efficient organization of production processes.

In this position, you will not only lead the kitchen team, but also actively participate in production, setting an example of professionalism for your colleagues. You will be responsible for planning daily kitchen activities, distributing tasks, creating work schedules, training employees and motivating the team.

You will also be responsible for ordering raw materials, controlling inventory, cooperating with suppliers and ensuring the efficiency of production processes. You will ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes, meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

An important part of the job is ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and cleanliness requirements, analyzing production costs, optimizing costs and constantly improving work processes. You will also work closely with the restaurant administration and service team, promptly resolve any issues that arise, and contribute to creating an excellent customer experience.

We expect from you:

• Experience working as a kitchen manager, production manager or head chef.
• Ability to organize kitchen work and lead a team.
• Excellent organizational, planning and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food production processes, recipes, technologies and quality standards.
• Good knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and hygiene requirements.
• Ability to manage raw material orders, stocks and control production costs.
• Responsibility, independence, initiative and result orientation.
• Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively resolve non-standard situations.
• Excellent communication, staff development and teamwork skills.
