Who are we?
We are a modular home manufacturing company with over 10 years of experience. We produce about 400 modules per year and are constantly growing. We operate in a modern factory and strive for quality and efficiency at every step.
Main functions
- You will organize and supervise the factory activities - Production, quality, logistics and supply, ensuring smooth work.
- You will form and manage the team - distribute work, motivate employees and ensure good cooperation.
- You will contribute to the development of production and larger production volumes
- You will ensure effective management of production processes and resources.
- You will be responsible for compliance with quality and occupational safety requirements.
- You will prepare reports and analyze performance results, looking for ways to improve processes.
Employee requirements
- Experience in production management and leadership.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
- Responsibility for results and inspirational leadership.
- Experience in modern operational practices, including Lean, Industry 4.0, SCM and TQM. (Advantage)
- Fluency in English (Russian would be an advantage).
- A degree in business, economics or engineering is preferred.
