Production manager

Organization, coordination and control of the production process;
Supervision and improvement of technological processes, recipes and production instructions;
Production planning and distribution of work to production employees;
Analysis of production results, identification of problems and implementation of solutions;
Cooperation with other departments of the company;

Experience in food production, production manager, technologist or similar positions;
Ability to work with recipes and technological documentation;
Good organizational and leadership skills;
Responsibility, independence and result orientation;
Ability to quickly make decisions and solve problems arising in the production process;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
Desire to constantly improve production processes and seek more efficient solutions;
Education in food technology, engineering or other related field;
Experience in managing production staff is an advantage.

We are looking for a Production Manager to join the team and be responsible for a smooth, efficient and high-quality production process.
In this position, you will be an important part of the production chain - you will coordinate daily production, monitor compliance with technological processes, solve production problems and, together with the team, look for ways to make production more efficient and of higher quality.

From 4135 €/mon. gross
The final salary is negotiated individually and depends on the candidate's experience, competencies, and professional abilities.
