Nature of work
We are looking for a Production Manager who will take responsibility for the implementation of production plans, teamwork, quality and efficient use of resources. We expect the ability not only to organize daily activities, but also to identify the causes of problems and implement measurable improvements.
Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities
- Production planning and execution: prepare plans based on orders and real capacities, set priorities, distribute tasks and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Coordination of the entire production process: manage the workflow from the transfer of raw materials and components to production to the transfer of production to the warehouse; coordinate actions with colleagues in supply, warehouse, sales and product development.
- Resource and cost control: plan the need for employees, raw materials, equipment and work tools, control costs according to the approved budget.
- Efficiency improvement: analyze productivity, downtime and capacity utilization, eliminate production-limiting causes and implement process improvements.
- Quality assurance: control product compliance with technical and customer requirements, resolve raw material discrepancies, defects and customer claims together with responsible colleagues and prevent their recurrence.
- Data and results management: ensure accurate accounting of products and semi-finished products in Odoo, analyze production indicators and provide management with results and solution proposals.
- Team management: control work performance, organize employee induction and training, develop competencies, propose changes to team composition and responsibilities.
- Product and work environment improvement: participate in new product development and testing, organize inventories and control compliance with safety requirements.
We hope you
- You have experience in production management and team management.
- You are able to independently plan production, foresee risks and ensure the implementation of the plan.
- You are familiar with production capacity, cost and quality management.
- You are able to analyze indicators, identify the causes of problems and implement solutions.
- You have experience working with Odoo or another production management system and understand the importance of accurate accounting.
- You know how to clearly allocate responsibilities, develop employees and demand agreed results.
- You are able to cooperate with other departments and make reasoned proposals to management.
- You can communicate in English on work issues.
Advantages:
