Your main responsibilities
- Ensure the result of production activities - smooth operation of processes, implementation of production plans and timely execution of orders;
- Manage and optimize production processes, promptly setting priorities, solving emerging problems and finding more efficient ways of organizing work;
- Monitor and evaluate key production performance indicators (KPIs), analyze their dynamics and initiate actions that help improve productivity;
- Ensure high quality and food safety standards, while maintaining production efficiency;
- Actively implement and apply the principles of LEAN, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement in daily activities;
- Mobilize, motivate and develop the production team, strengthening employee competencies, involvement and responsibility for the result;
- Ensure effective planning and use of production resources;
- Make operational decisions in non-standard situations and ensure smooth communication within the production team;
- Actively cooperate with quality, technology, technical maintenance, logistics and commercial teams to achieve common company goals;
- Participate in discussions of production results, initiate necessary actions and ensure the implementation of decisions made.
What do we expect from you:
- Successful production management experience in the food industry, ability to take responsibility for production results;
- Good knowledge of food safety and quality assurance principles;
- Practical experience in applying LEAN and continuous improvement methods;
- Ability to rely on data and production performance indicators when making decisions and identifying areas for improvement;
- Good MS Excel skills and ability to analyze information;
- Ability to mobilize, empower and develop a team, creating a culture of responsibility for results;
- Strategic and analytical thinking, ability to see not only daily production problems, but also their causes and long-term solutions;
- Determination in decision-making, result orientation and ability to operate in a dynamic production environment;
- Mature leadership and constructive communication, ability to effectively cooperate with different departments of the company.
