Main responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing and controlling production processes
- Organizing and managing the work of the production team
- Distribution of work and setting priorities
- Control of production deadlines, quality and efficiency
- Planning of human and technical resources
- Planning and coordinating material requirements
- Creating production schedules and controlling their implementation
- Cooperation with project managers, engineers, purchasing and administration teams
- Operational resolution of problems arising during production
- Optimizing production processes and increasing efficiency
- Ensuring work safety and order in the factory
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of production
- Team management and work organization experience
- Experience in construction, wooden structures, panel or modular building production would be a great advantage
- Ability to plan production and manage several projects simultaneously
- Technical thinking and ability to read technical drawings
- Responsibility, independence and result orientation
- Ability to make decisions quickly and solve problems
- Good organizational and communication skills
- English language skills
