Production Manager (Metalworking)

One of the modern and rapidly growing metal products companies in Lithuania, producing fences, gates, railings and small architecture solutions.
We are consistently growing, investing in production processes and setting ourselves the goal of being one of the leaders in the market, therefore we are strengthening the team and inviting a Production Manager to join us.

We are looking for someone who is well versed in metal processing processes and can ensure clear order, efficiency and results in production.

Main responsibilities:

• Organization and daily control of production processes (welding, CNC laser, bending, powder coating, etc.)
• Implementation of necessary processes
• Improvement of daily activities, increasing efficiency
• Coordination and control of team work
• Ensuring production deadlines, quality and productivity
• Formation, tracking and management of performance indicators (KPI)
• Identification of problems and proposing and applying solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in a metalworking shop
• Very good knowledge of production processes
• Experience in implementing processes and procedures in the company
• Ability to work according to KPI and make decisions based on data
• High level of responsibility
• Ability to have and defend one's own opinion
• Diligence, consistency, curiosity
