Organization and supervision of the production process of metal products (fences, gates, railings and other structures).
Production planning and distribution of work to welders and other production workers.
Control of production deadlines and ensuring that projects are completed on time.
Analysis of drawings and selection of production solutions.
Optimization of production processes in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Production quality control and defect prevention.
Planning and control of production materials and resources.
Development and implementation of new production procedures, processes and standards.
Team coordination and ensuring employee work efficiency.
Cooperation with sales, design and installation teams.

Employee requirements
Higher or higher technical/engineering education (in mechanics, metal structures, production or similar field).
At least 2-3 years of experience in production management or production organization (in metal, structures or similar industry - an advantage).
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Experience in organizing production processes and coordinating a team of employees.
Ability to plan production work and ensure compliance with deadlines.
Orientation to results, efficiency and quality.
Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
Good computer literacy (MS Office and other programs required for technical work).
Category B driver's license.
Responsibility, organization and leadership skills.
At least 2-3 years of experience in production management or production organization (in metal, structures or similar industry - an advantage).
