Production Manager – Modular Home Production

We are looking for a responsible and motivated production manager who would be able to organize the production process of modular buildings in the workshop - from the distribution of work to quality, deadlines and team control.
The position is intended for someone who is not afraid of responsibility, knows how to think technically and wants to grow with the company. It will be necessary not only to administer, but also to actively participate in the production process and solve daily situations on site.

Daily planning and organization of production work;
Coordination of the production team;
Ensuring the quality and deadlines of work;
Control of the execution of drawings and projects;
Solving problems in the production process;
Ensuring order and safety in the workshop;
Monitoring production progress and reporting to management.

You have a technical or engineering mindset;
You are able to organize people's work;
You are responsible, proactive and result-oriented;
You are not afraid to make decisions and take responsibility;
You have a category B driver's license.
Experience in construction or manufacturing would be an advantage, but the most important thing is motivation, responsibility and a desire to learn.

2000-2500 €/mon. net
