Nature of work
- production organization and supervision;
- coordination of a small production team (2–3 people);
- execution of production plans and distribution of work;
- control of production processes according to established technologies and recipes;
- quality control of manufactured products and raw materials;
- acceptance of raw materials, control of residues;
- preparation of manufactured products for shipment;
- improvement of production efficiency and processes;
- introduction of new products from the laboratory to production;
- if necessary - practical participation in production work.
Employee requirements
Our production is not large, so we are not looking for a “desk manager”. We are looking for someone who would like to understand the entire process from raw materials to the final product.
It is not necessary to know everything today – we will teach you technologies and processes. The most important thing is responsibility, willingness to learn, technical thinking and a businesslike attitude.
