Organize and plan the production process of orthopedic products
Ensure compliance with deadlines and achievement of quality indicators
Manage the team and distribute tasks
Monitor and analyze KPI indicators
Manage the warehouse and plan the need for materials
Ensure compliance with the 5S standard in production facilities
Register and analyze non-conformities (CAPA)
Prepare technical OTP documentation
Cooperate with medical institutions and suppliers
Provide monthly reports to management
Initiate process improvement and integration of new products
