Nature of work
- Order fulfillment coordination – to ensure the smooth flow of orders from their transfer to production to the final delivery of the object to the client.
- Production process control – to follow the deadlines for order fulfillment, coordinate work and ensure that orders are manufactured and prepared for installation on time.
- Organization of assembly of manufactured furniture – to ensure proper preparation and assembly of furniture before installation.
- Organization and coordination of installation work – to plan installation work, distribute tasks to installers and control the performance of work at the objects.
- Communication with customers during the furniture delivery process – to coordinate communication with customers, inform about the progress of work and ensure smooth completion of the object.
- Operational problem solving – to identify problems that arise during production, assembly or installation and organize their solution.
- Coordination of additional work with customers – to assess additional work that has arisen, coordinate their scope and solutions with the client and transfer tasks for execution.
- Delivery of objects – coordinate the final delivery of furniture to the client, ensure that the work is carried out according to the order and agreed requirements.
- Organization of warranty service – coordinate the resolution of warranty issues, organize the necessary work and ensure its prompt performance.
- Shared responsibility for the result – ensure that each order is smoothly implemented from the start of production to the final customer approval.

- Tolerance, patience and respectful communication – the ability to remain constructive and calmly resolve difficult situations.
- Quick reactions and the ability to make decisions – when a problem is noticed, it is important not only to identify it, but also to quickly find the most suitable solution.
- Responsibility and result orientation – the ability to take responsibility for the progress of the order and its final result.
- Experience in furniture production or very good knowledge of the furniture production process. It is important to understand the design of furniture, production and installation processes and quality nuances in order to properly assess the situation and make professional decisions.
- Ability to solve non-standard situations – in the production and installation of furniture, not everything always goes according to plan, so we are looking for someone who would be able to navigate the situation and find a practical solution.
- Organization and ability to manage several processes at once - to coordinate different orders, production, installation and customer issues at the same time.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate employees - to clearly distribute tasks, control their execution and ensure smooth cooperation.
- Good Lithuanian and Russian language skills and fluent oral and written communication.
- Category B driver's license.
