Nature of work
Planning, organizing and controlling the production of non-standard cabinet furniture;
Distribution of production tasks to employees and control of their execution;
Ensuring compliance with production plans, orders and set deadlines;
Quality control of manufactured products;
Ensuring a smooth production process and prompt resolution of emerging problems;
Analysis of production processes, increasing efficiency and implementing improvement initiatives;
Ensuring compliance with labor discipline, internal procedures and safe work requirements;
Monitoring production results and preparing reports for the workshop manager;
Organizing teamwork, introducing, training and motivating employees.

What do we expect from you:
At least 2 years of work experience in the production of non-standard furniture;
Very good knowledge of cabinet furniture production processes, technologies and materials;
Ability to read and understand technical and furniture production drawings;
Experience in organizing the work of production employees;
Ability to plan work, manage priorities and ensure compliance with set deadlines;
Ability to promptly resolve non-standard situations arising in production;
Leadership, responsibility, independence and result orientation;
Good computer skills.
Very good knowledge of cabinet furniture production processes, technologies and materials;

Experience in organizing the work of production employees;
