- monitoring and improving the efficiency indicators of the production unit
- development of internal business management system;
- development of the motivation system of production workers and creation of an efficient and positive work culture;
- ensuring compliance with work safety and fire safety requirements;
Employee requirements
- Higher (higher) engineering education;
- To know English;
- Experience of managerial work in a manufacturing company;
- Knowledge of work safety, fire safety requirements;
- Ability to lead a team of employees, plan and organize work;
- Experience in working with business management systems;
- Ability to work independently, make decisions;
- Creativity, communication, responsibility, initiative;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
- Knowledge of LEAN.
- Driver's license.
