Production Manager in Germany

Warmotech GmbH is a subsidiary of UAB "Warmotech" in Germany, engaged in the production of recycled polyurethane boards. We are currently looking for a Production Manager to join our team and ensure smooth management of production processes and continued growth.

Job Description:

Production Process Management: Ensure smooth production process, in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and quality standards.

Production Planning: Responsibility for the execution of production orders, planning and setting deadlines.

Efficiency Improvement: Increase and continuous improvement of production productivity, equipment efficiency and availability.

Resource Management: Optimization of personnel and material utilization, work scheduling and personnel distribution.

Team Development: Employee training and qualification improvement.

Safety: Control of compliance with employee safety and fire safety requirements.

Reports: Regular reporting of activities to the department head and company management.

Languages: Knowledge of German (essential for successful team work).

Experience: Experience of supervised work in the field of production (ability to lead a production unit, make decisions and delegate tasks).

Competencies: Ability to independently organize processes, responsibility and good communication skills for working with various departments (purchasing, sales, logistics).

3500-4000 €/mon. net
